“We had a great time at this AIR BNB, my kids and my entire family really enjoyed themselves. We were able to visit several beaches because there was so many within a 15-30 minute radius. Upham beach in St. Pete was one of our favorites and we were able to go very late at night since they’re 24 hours. Water was very clear and the sand was white and beautiful. The location of the home is perfect and close to a lot of things. The home itself was very accommodating and had everything we needed and then some. Each room had a TV and if you have kids there is a lot at the home to keep them entertained. The theater room was awesome, the bowling & connect 4 kept them occupied and the pool was one of our favorites. If I had to complain about anything it would be the AC has a little trouble keeping up- it was pretty warm a few days, especially one of our lasts we had a heat advisory but it wasnt unbearable. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this AIR BNB & would stay again”

“This was a great place to stay with kids. They stayed entertained the whole time and I absolutely loved the back yard for my baby. The grass was fake and soft so she was able to crawl around and not get attacked by mosquitoes. The pool was great and I loved the layout of the home and things to do nearby. I was shocked there was no traffic in the area even though it was summer. Highly suggest Maderia Beach near John’s Pass (Big waves good for boogie boarding - not clear water though) / Anna Maria was more calm clear waters which was pretty but less fun if you like the waves.”

“HVAC needs maintenance cannot maintain proper temperature; master bedroom bed broke/flimsy mattress; no window covering or proper insulation around sliding glass door, which was very hard to open, only one kitchen towel for the whole day and only one roll of paper towels. Kitchen not properly stocked. Windows not properly insulated or covered; therefore made house hotter. Master bedroom set up doesn’t make sense; bed on hottest two walls of the entire house. Should be moved to the wall adjacent to the main living area. Main bathroom baseboards dirty. Only one bath towel per person provided. Master bedroom only had two pillows for sleeping. Screen door to backyard, broken, crooked, very difficult to open. Dining room chairs were very uncomfortable and not felt like they were going to break. Icemaker randomly shot ice out kind of funny. So much potential with a little bit of maintenance and TLC. Despite being a busy neighborhood, it was very quiet and the neighbors were respectful.”
