“Missing basic amenities like towels and soap. Had to ask them to come and clean bed, floors, and pool area. Room leading to pool had a terrible odor. Arrived 8pm on a Sat, upstairs A/C failed at 3:30am that night. We woke up to it blowing hot air with temps in the 80s at night and 90s during the day. After communicating all day on Sunday and no one coming to address it, we finally contacted Airbnb that evening. They were able to cancel the remainder of our stay. We did get a full refund, but it was not a good experience. Very much felt like they didn’t want to pay for emergency service on the weekend for the unit. Right before we left the fridge failed as well.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was beautiful, private, quiet, and felt very safe. There are great restaurants nearby, and the beach is just a short distance away. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation. We would definitely stay here again!”
