“House is just as described on the listing. Perfect fit for my wife and I and our 3 adult children. The propane grill is small but worked great. Wi-Fi worked well and fast enough. TVs nice and modern. Kitchen well equipped and functional. Beds were comfortable. House furnished with medium to high end furnishings. Very nice. Easy walk to Seaside and Publix. Golf cart worked great with 5 adults.”

“Let me start by saying the location is great. Close to Publix, easy beach access, and a short golf cart ride to seaside. The neighborhood was quite and we felt very safe. I gave the property 4 stars because of the communication between the property management. My itinerary, email, and Airbnb app all stated check in was at 3:00pm. That was not the case. I was told I could not check in until 4:00pm. Despite the trip being paid in full I was never sent the information for check in or check out instructions (gate code, door codes, or golf cart info). After calling they told me I had not signed the rental agreement. The agreement was never sent to me nor the golf cart waiver prior to our trip. After signing the information i was still never sent the needed information. They did not contact me, I had to call them for the 4th time which was very frustrating after traveling for a full day with two small children. My biggest frustration would be the communication with the check in. The house is in a great location but there are several things that need to be addressed.”

“The house was beautiful! The pictures represent the property perfectly. The golf cart was also very convenient and became our primary vehicle during our stay. Head east to the public beach access (away from downtown). It is a bigger public beach and has more public parking.”
