“A great condo and location. It was very clean and mostly updated. Only issue was when we arrived it was very difficult to find the specific condo building to go to. There was no accessible map of the property that we could find. When I called customer service, both agents said they were not familiar with the physical property and could not provide detailed instructions. After 40 minutes we did find the unit, but it was frustrating to go through. The pool was lovely and the shuttle service to the beach is a must!”

“We had a great stay here! The space was very comfortable, clean, and in a great location, within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants, plus just a short walk to the beach. Parking was very easy and we never had any trouble finding a spot, which was a huge plus. We also loved having access to the pool, which was very well maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!”

“This is a great place to stay. The house is spacious and comfortable. It seems that this property is managed by “Southern Vacation Rentals” and I was not impressed by them. The “portal” is cumbersome to access. We couldn’t even login until we were already there and I had a 10 minute phone call with their support team. We also filled out the liability form to use the bikes and never received the lock codes to use them. There are no consumables in the house other than toilet paper and one small bar of soap for each bathroom. Checkout is at 9 a.m., which in my opinion is way too early. When I asked for a later checkout, they said no due to, “the size of the house.” On top of the early checkout time, the housekeeping crew arrived at 8:45 a.m. while we were still getting ready to depart. Overall, it was a great stay, but Southern Vacation Rentals seems to be too big for their britches. I would not book another property that they manage.”

“The covered back porch was perfect for reading on one of the nights it rained.The rooms and everything were great.The beach access we were given for the the gate across the street didn’t work because they had it cable locked and a sign saying no one could use it so we walked down a little further to the public access stairway. It wasn’t a far walk but it would have been perfect had that been open and partly why I booked this spot for its location to beach.The other beach access was still better then trying to drive anywhere and find parking etc. This quiet tucked away cottage overall was perfect for us! We would definitely come back.”
