“We absolutely loved Waterhouse 401! It looked exactly like the pictures in person. Beautifully cleaned and decorated, and we loved the layout—it felt wide and open with expansive views, unlike most beach condos. We spent a lot of time on the generous balcony. It was very well-stocked for the week we stayed there; the only thing I ran out of was laundry detergent, but we’re a family of five, so we do a lot of laundry. :) We loved being on the same floor as the pool! A tropical storm came through while we were there, so it was nice to quickly go back and forth to the pool. And the restaurant downstairs was a great bonus; they have delicious coffee, cocktails, wine, pizza, and gourmet popsicles. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a great stay at WaterHouse. Royal Destinations is the best booking company we have used anywhere-with great communication both before and during our stay. There is a nice view from the condo. The unit was nicely cleaned. Beds are comfortable. There’s some noise from the road but that’s pretty much the situation on 30A. The hot tub was being repaired while we were there and parts of the pool deck roped off which was kind of a bummer. But the beach access was very easy and the beach never felt crowded. We really appreciated the complimentary bikes and beach setup. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We absolutely loved being on the private beach. The home was a bit small for the price and we had a hard time keeping the AC in as it was controlled by an app the owner can adjust. The main issue we had was the 5pm check in and 10 AM check out. Other than that we had a wonderful time. Also, there was only one trash bag, a couple rolls of toilet paper and nothing in the home like coffee filters, sugar etc. For such a late check in would have been nice to have some necessities. I’ve never stayed at an air B and B that had no coffee or sugar.”
