“What a special house on 30A. If you’re looking for privacy and everything 30A has to offer, this place has it. House is located at the end of a dead end, tucked beside the Point Washington state park trail system. Makes it incredibly private while on the porches and pool / hot tub. Overall, great spot!”

“The house is beautiful! It was very quiet and private at the back of the house, but the front is like an outdoor meeting place! You have a choice of how you want to spend your time, just with your group…or out front meeting people, walking to the local ice cream shop, or the beach! It’s soooo close that you can literally walk there in 3 mins tops! The house also comes with its own golf cart for easy access to the local hangouts, as well as for bicycles to ride around the property. The pool is like your private Oasis and so nice when you don’t want to fight the crowd. Before we even entered the house, they told us of a malfunctioning microwave and said they would deliver a new one or have that one fixed while we were on the trip. They delivered! The house are very easy to work with informative and helpful with any questions we may have had. If you’re trying to decide you should book it!”

“Me and my friends do a beach trip every year and this has been our favorite place that we have stayed. It is so close to the beach and it was a beautiful house! I would stay here again and again if it was available! The hosts were so kind and would respond to my questions super fast! The only thing I want to mention is that there is another pullout bed in the bunk bed room that me and my friends didn’t notice until the last night haha! Overall, this place was great 10/10 would stay again!”

“For my family vacation this year, we decided to do the 30A area. We needed a place that was big enough to host 16 people but was close to the beach and retail/restaurant/shopping areas. Royal did not disappoint. The space was gorgeous and spacious. We loved the personal touch of welcome amenities. We did encounter some maintenance issues during our stay but Royal was very responsive and communicative. The beach is about a 15 minute walk. There is a Publix within 10 miles and plenty of food options. We will definitely book with Royal again”

“We had a wonderful stay at this home! We are a large group with 9 kiddos, and there was plenty of room (thanks to the large closets!). The beach is extremely close and walkable, but having the golf cart to make transporting beach gear even easier was great. One of our favorite parts was the Seabreeze neighborhood directly behind the house. We loved strolling or riding the golf cart around in the mornings and evenings. Pool was a good size as well just have to be mindful of littles since it is directly beside the walkway in and out of the front door. However, that pool alarm will not let anyone slip out unnoticed lol. We would stay here again!”

“For the exorbitant high price the property under delivered. No towels in the primary suite. we requested, they said they would deliver them, never did. No condiments or cooking supplies. no face tissue. not enough toilet tissue or kitchen hand towels or papertowels. not enough trash bags. no beach gear or beach towels. no ice chests to use. no cleaning supplies and not enough dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent. no golf cart. ice makers did not work. We spent a lot of our trip going to stores for supplies not to mention lots of additional money. Garbage disposal did not work and had to call for maintenence to fix it. For the price most of these items should be provided. I run an air bnb myself and always supply all of this in addition to ample drinking water and a bottle of wine and cookies to welcome guests. nice place with ample room and beds but all in all not worth the money. also good location but not on the beach and a good walk to get to beach access.”

“Spectacular location and very quiet, well put together place! Everything was very clean and the bathrooms were nice. Good AC situation as well. So close to the beach! Overall a 10/10 stay. Just a heads up the beach chairs at the beach are around $97 for two beach chairs and an umbrella setup per day so recommend if you don't want to pay that bringing your own chairs etc.”
