“Can’t say enough about this beautifully remodeled home in a perfect, peaceful location with a lovely pool a stone’s throw away. We started our day with coffee on the screened front porch followed by the pool, lunch in Rosemary, beach in the afternoon, and dinner back in Rosemary. The beach is beautiful and easily accessed via boardwalk (the golf cart was a lifesaver). Plenty of shopping and wonderful dining options in Rosemary. We wouldn’t change a thing about this stay!!”

“We really enjoyed the privacy of the location. We sat on the screened porch daily and swam in the nearby pool. Having a large kitchen was a plus. The beach was less than an 8 minutes walk. We definitely would stay here again!”

“Nice house, great location near the pool. The WiFi was down all week and no real attempt was made to fix it despite us reaching out multiple times. Of course we did all the basic troubleshooting steps to resolve it ourselves, nothing worked and no solution was offered by the host. At a minimum they could have contacted the ISP to send someone out. It was a real bummer to have 3 kids under 10 on vacation for a week with no ability to watch tv during our down time.”

“The home was not very clean when we checked in. I contacted the host and they responded right away but they are not local. The issues were somewhat addressed but not all of them. The attention to detail was definitely overlooked. Food in the couch cushions, garbage can drawer was filthy with leftover banana peels and moldy strawberries. Sand was found in my daughter's bed. When we went to use the bikes, one of them had the chain completely detached, and the other one had a very wiggly tire. I told management about it and they brought two other bikes. One of those bikes had two flat tires. Then they brought another bike which helped, but that was the day before we left. Location to the pool was great, just across the street which was helpful. We love the location overall.”

“We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved the location—it was perfect! The house was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and everything we needed to prepare meals, which we really appreciated. The reason for 4 ish stars instead of 5 is the communication. We had to reach out multiple times to get important information, including check-in instructions, beach access details, pool information, and check-out instructions. It would have been much more convenient if all of this had been provided before our arrival. Also, be prepared to bring your own supplies. Basic household items for cleaning, washing dishes, taking out the trash, and other everyday needs were very limited. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property, especially because the location is excellent. With a little more proactive communication and a better supply of household essentials, it would easily be a 5-star experience.”
