“The house was BEAUTIFUL, IMMACULATE and in a great area for our 2 grandchildren to play safely outside. The area was perfect with lots of shade and beautifully maintained. The private beach access was closed the week we were there. The house was great but the management was not so great. We had a few issues.”

“The home was very comfortable and had ample space for our family. Easy walk to the beach and access to shopping a short distance away. The only negative was the ice maker had apparently recently broken and leaked damaging substantial area of the kitchen flooring and ice machine not repaired yet. I little inconvenient going to the market for bagged ice for our group, but at the end of the day, not major. Beautiful home and well appointed.”

“The home is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and the amenities are awesome. We've stayed in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea four times and this was my favorite (but all are incredible). The golf cart (LSV) at this one was really nice (we've had older carts that are really slow & have limited range) and the video game in the bunk bed room was a huge hit with the boys in our group. This house is a homerun, top to bottom.”

“Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was our second time staying at Magnolia Cottages and we had a nice week relaxing with the family. There is plenty of space, beds are well appointed, everything was as described, and the location was awesome! Close to the pool, short walk to the beach, Woodhouse Pizza is just a few minutes from the house. We love the convenience to Publix, Alys Beach, and all the area has to offer. We hope to be back again, soon!”
