“If you’re looking for a home away from home that’s so comfortable, clean, your own private pool and super close to the beach this is your place. Absolutely beautifully decorated and did I mention a private pool!!!! Sandy’s is definitely a wonderful place. And make sure to dine at Raw & Juicy 👨‍🍳💋 soo good.”

“We've stayed many places along the gulf from Orange Beach to Cape San Blas. 30A didn't disappoint! I think our favorite thing about this rental was the quick and EASY walk to the beach. Only took two minutes! There are several stairs at the beach access, so keep that in mind if stairs aren't your thing. The home had bikes, beach wagons, chairs, umbrella - everything we needed! The home itself was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen had lots of pans/utensils and even a few fun things like an air fryer. And Publix is just a quick drive away - super convenient! I wasn't sure how I was going to like the bed - it's kind of tall but it's a beautiful bed. A little creaky from the wooden frame but we never slept so well as we did all week long. The soaking tub in the bath was a big plus too. The only negative was the pool. It's pretty but sits right below some trees that shed leaves and fuzzies all week. Made the pool way too dirty to swim in. Overall though, it was a great place to stay!”

“We had an amazing 11-day stay! The house was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals—and I especially loved making smoothies for my son every morning using the provided blenders. The pool was a definite highlight—beautiful and well-maintained, and it was cleaned twice during our stay. The location is perfect, just a 2-3-minute walk to the beach with convenient public access. One of the best parts of our stay was the exceptional communication from the management team. They were quick to respond to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Huge shoutout to them for being so attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to come back! Oh, and our darling pup has the most amazing time.”

“We had such a wonderful time staying at this home in 30A. Having a beach so close made our trip super easy with a toddler heading there everyday with lots of gear. The home was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We were even able to bring our pet and having the fenced in backyard made us feel so comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place to friends!”
