“Great rental in prime location! Host was very communicative with easy instructions for check-in and check-out. Condo was clean and very well stocked- plenty of towels, paper products, and kitchen supplies. Easy walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants and shops as well as the beach access. Note- you cannot bring wheeled coolers, trolleys, or wagons to the beach access, but there is a tram available. Will definitely rent again!”

“I think this was the BEST place to stay if visiting Rosemary/ Alys beach. Just a 5 minute walk from the famous pearl hotel and shopping area, 5 minute walk to the beach, and 15 minute walk to the restaurants and shopping of Alys beach! I will always stay here when I visit the area! Plus you can rent bikes right outside the room. Absolutely fantastic location.”

“Everything was as exactly advertised. Home was just the right size for our group. Would recommend. The tree that overhangs driveway was a little low. Our van had to be perfectly positioned to make it under. I decided to park in the gravel in front of the overhang so I didn’t have to bother.”

“We really enjoyed this property. We had a few small issues but the property manger responded quickly and took care of them immediately so no complaints there at all. The house is very spacious and was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely rent it again.”

“The location is great. The place has some wear and tear, but it was mostly clean outside of some sand on the floor. I can’t complain too much since it is a beach location. Otherwise, we enjoyed the condo and proximity to other areas.”
