“Sandra responded to my many questions very quickly & on time. Loved this community & how they offered the trolly as I was 8 months pregnant during our stay. They did have box fan available which was very nice. Location was great & our stay was amazing. Thank you Sandra!”

“This was our family's first time in the area and we weren't sure at first where would be the best location. We were so glad we went with Sandra's condo as it ended up being perfect for our little family of 3. We enjoyed all the amenities and walkable stores and restaurants. Renting a bike to explore is not to be missed as well. Sandra was extremely responsive and the condo was very lovely. Should we decide to return, we would definitely stay here again!”

“Excellent communication and a perfect spot for my husband and me. Sandra was very accommodating as we booked last minute to extend our vacation. The bed is super comfy and she provides much more than you would ever expect in a studio. The tram to the beach is great, however if you choose to walk it is very feasible. Side note regarding food…Pizza by the Sea (almost next door for a night you want to chill or stay in), Gallions in Rosemary Beach (short walk), Raw & Juicy in Alys Beach (walk/short bike ride) are the BEST. Perk…rent bikes at Peddlers Pavillon located on site.”
