“We had a fantastic stay here! The place was spotless, super comfortable, and looked exactly like the pictures. The host was incredibly responsive, as we booked day of, and made check-in a breeze with clear instructions. We’d definitely love to stay here again next time we're in town!”

“First time to 30A. Enjoyed being able to walk to the shops and restaurants; bike the trails and communities around Seacrest. Also liked the security aspect and the security personnel were so friendly. Sandra was so responsive to all our questions, easy to deal with and her prompt responses. Great area and hope to come back again.”

“Had a great stay! The beach is pretty crowded but that’s ok. It was still beautiful. The team is great and helpful. The house was great. There are no kitchen cooking starters like salt and pepper , cooking out or spices. Some of the houses I’ve stayed in previously provided those things. Not a big deal but just a heads up so you know what to bring. They were plenty of towels, beach towels, beach, chairs, and toys. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“We absolutely love this location in Seacrest! Walkable within just minutes to Alys and Rosemary Beach. So many great dining options, fabulous pool and the bikes will help you get around quickly to any location you are heading. The pool does not allow you to drink in or along the pool side. Just an advisement. The attendants are extremely friendly but will remind you. Also, the community check in is at the pool. Be sure to get over there asap and grab your parking permit and pool bracelets. You’re going to love the property. We live in Bay County but plan to be back for a few more long weekends with friends. 😊”

“The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was great, very close to the beach and Rosemary. We loved having the bikes, and Sandra was very responsive throughout our stay. I definitely recommend this place to stay!”

Sandra quickly went to work to find us a suitable alternative. She found us this great house in the same area that we were planning to stay. Great property and location.”

“Our experience at the cottage was excellent! We could not believe the convenience of its location and how private it felt for our family. It was our children’s first beach experience, and the proximity to the beach and ease by which we were able to come and go made it a perfect place for them. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, too. The hosts were so kind and communicative and took the time to send us recommendations for places to go and things to do nearby. We will definitely book again for future beach trips!”
