“The house was perfect for our crew! Great location! The Shuttle was a great bonus, even though the walk was not far at all to the pool or beach. We were also a short distance to shopping and food!”

“Loved our stay on 30A. Location was amazing, walkable to the towns of seacrest, alys beach and rosemary. Pool was lovely and close. Tram to the beach was timely and easy to schedule. Would stay again”

“Our Seacreast Beach house rental was beautiful, clean and spacious. It was the perfect house for our girlfriend’s getaway. It was walkable to the gorgeous lagoon pool and a it was slightly longer walk to the beach. There are free trams available if walking is not an option for you. The beach in this area is fantastic! Sugar soft sand and beautiful blue water cannot be beat. We really enjoyed our stay. The area felt very safe even for walking at night.”

“This is a great beach location, but keep in mind you cannot take the golf cart into certain neighborhoods like the Rosemary Beach area. The beach access is right across the street, but walking anywhere else is a hike, so the bikes and golf cart are great to have. The showers only get about lukewarm and no towels for the beach are provided, so come prepared. Overall the communication was great and location was great for the area.”
