30A Beach Girls

30A Beach Girls's guest rating of 4.80 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Furniture badly needs updating and a deeper clean. WiFi doesn’t work. The good..Great location. Walking distance to pier and lots of restaurants/stores around! And loved the large balcony!

The place itself is very nice, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, some of the instructions could be much clearer. The parking directions, pool entrance, and pool hours were not clearly explained, which made it difficult to find everything and unfortunately prevented us from using the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Check in was smooth and the location was convenient. I’m giving 4 stars because there were a few small inconveniences. When we asked the host about the iron and ironing board listed in the amenities, they asked us to check the closets and laundry room. We did a thorough search and notified them that we couldn’t find them. The host was unresponsive after this. It would’ve been nice to receive a simple “apologies for the inconvenience” response. Kitchen utensils and dishes were also dirty (food crust). Some plastic utensils were visibly burned/melted. The outdoor trash isn’t far from the entrance, so flies get in the house when you open the door. They did provide a fly swat to kill them. When we put the trash out, the can and lid were full of flies and maggots. Aside from these inconveniences, the home was sufficient for our group for the 4 nights we stayed.

We had some minor issues with the sink not draining , garbage disposal not working . The WIFI information was not accurate . We reached out and Received a response within 8 hours , no one ever came to fix the problems we were having . It was hard to cook and clean for the kids when the sink kept backing up . I eventually figured out the WIFI when I checked to see how the TV was connected . The House was Beautiful , Right on the Beach , Great Pool and Hot Tub . The Bar/Restaurant on site was Great , Lindsey the Bartender was Fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the house The location was great steps away from public access. The house was very nice Comfy beds Love the the third floor living room with comfy seats Only suggestions are 1. More comfortable seating on outside porches 2. The day of check in clearly we could have gone in at 3 instead of 4 we sat outside in 100 degree temp the house was ready But would not allow before 4 3. The two extra bedrooms on second and third floor do not connect to bedroom I know from design construction stand point it was hard to do that It’s good for kids t

The house was beautiful, but had some issues with the mold in the upstairs small bathroom. My little girl was sick for a whole day. Also, the downstairs shower door handle was off when we arrived and the switch plate to the upstairs master bathroom. There is also quite a walk from the house to the beach access point and a highway that will need to be crossed. Signs for the pool would also be helpful or a map of the area.

The trash bin was completely full upon arrival, and we were still asked to take it out for scheduled pickup. This seemed like an oversight that should have been taken care of by housekeeping prior to check-in.

We really enjoyed our stay but there are a few things missing. No ports for charging anywhere, no basics like salt and pepper. You need to come totally prepared because except for linens nothing else is provided.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay very much. The place was clean, open, and comfortable. Loved my bed. Just two things future guests should know. First: there is no early check-in and no bag drop. I was in town for my sister’s wedding and only hoped to leave bags around 3pm, but got a bit of a runaround about cleaning and never really heard back. Honestly, I’d rather the company just be upfront about the policy so guests can plan accordingly rather than saying they’ll check and disappearing into the Florida mist. Second: none of us (three adults with graduate degrees and functioning thumbs) could get apps on the TV to work except Netflix. Spotify and others appeared downloaded but would not open. Not a huge issue for us since we were there for family and the beach, but worth noting for longer stays. Also: the kitchen had salt and olive oil, but pepper or basic herbs/spices would go a long way. Our pasta survived, but emotionally? Hard to say.

The house has potential but the maintenance is lacking. Severe cleanliness issues, including visible mold in the ice maker and on the kitchen faucet, dirty fire pit chairs (which prevented us from using a key advertised amenity), front porch cushions covered in hair, & overflowing trash bins on arrival. Host did send cleaners back out for the kitchen but never told us when they would be there so they entered without us knowing. Broken or unusable items, including a vacuum that did not function, broken refrigerator drawers, and a bunk bed that broke while my child was climbing onto it. We were instructed to place a mattress on the floor for the night due to the broken bed. Thankfully my child was not injured & that my other one wasn’t on the bottom bunk at the time. We waited around all the next day for the handyman to finally show up late afternoon. Additional disturbance from unsecured trash leading to wildlife (a bear) knocking over trash bins
