“The house was perfect for our crew! Great location! The Shuttle was a great bonus, even though the walk was not far at all to the pool or beach. We were also a short distance to shopping and food!”

“House was very clean, great kitchen very well stocked. Beautiful master bathroom. Kids loved the bunk room. Very spacious with plenty of room for everyone.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The home was set up for our family to enjoy time together in the shared living space. Plenty of seating for us. We also enjoyed the location. It was quiet and relaxing and yet within minutes to a nice beach and all the shopping and dining that 30A offers.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. It was a good location between Panama City Beach and the Seaside area. It was close proximity to the beach - about a 20 minute trek on foot. While there is a major highway between, there was an underground route to pass safely across by foot or on bike. There was also public parking close to the beach which is what we opted to utilize. There were some beach towels and a few beach chairs we were also able to use. This was a plus because some of us flew in and weren’t able to bring our own. Kitchen amenities provided the basics/essentials of what you might need. Of note, there are TVs in the main living areas and master bedroom, but not the other bedrooms. Back patio area was nice and quiet. Fire pit area looked nice and true to pics, but we didn’t use. Home is located to a nice shopping area with a variety of restaurants nearby, including the Galliion. I wished we had toured this area sooner. It was lively and quaint.”

“The trash bin was completely full upon arrival, and we were still asked to take it out for scheduled pickup. This seemed like an oversight that should have been taken care of by housekeeping prior to check-in.”

“We really enjoyed our stay but there are a few things missing. No ports for charging anywhere, no basics like salt and pepper. You need to come totally prepared because except for linens nothing else is provided.”

“We enjoyed our 2-night stay very much. The place was clean, open, and comfortable. Loved my bed. Just two things future guests should know. First: there is no early check-in and no bag drop. I was in town for my sister’s wedding and only hoped to leave bags around 3pm, but got a bit of a runaround about cleaning and never really heard back. Honestly, I’d rather the company just be upfront about the policy so guests can plan accordingly rather than saying they’ll check and disappearing into the Florida mist. Second: none of us (three adults with graduate degrees and functioning thumbs) could get apps on the TV to work except Netflix. Spotify and others appeared downloaded but would not open. Not a huge issue for us since we were there for family and the beach, but worth noting for longer stays. Also: the kitchen had salt and olive oil, but pepper or basic herbs/spices would go a long way. Our pasta survived, but emotionally? Hard to say.”

“The house has potential but the maintenance is lacking. Severe cleanliness issues, including visible mold in the ice maker and on the kitchen faucet, dirty fire pit chairs (which prevented us from using a key advertised amenity), front porch cushions covered in hair, & overflowing trash bins on arrival. Host did send cleaners back out for the kitchen but never told us when they would be there so they entered without us knowing. Broken or unusable items, including a vacuum that did not function, broken refrigerator drawers, and a bunk bed that broke while my child was climbing onto it. We were instructed to place a mattress on the floor for the night due to the broken bed. Thankfully my child was not injured & that my other one wasn’t on the bottom bunk at the time. We waited around all the next day for the handyman to finally show up late afternoon. Additional disturbance from unsecured trash leading to wildlife (a bear) knocking over trash bins”
