“I appreciate the team letting us know about the AC issue and trying to help us find another place. At the time they called, it was about 9:30 p.m., our check-in had been scheduled for 4 p.m., and we were still about an hour and a half away; we were told a repair person couldn’t arrive until around 10 p.m., so we were worried the house would be hot when we got there and take time to cool down. We accepted another home that was comfortable, but it was about 16 minutes from the beach and didn’t offer the location and amenities we had chosen the original home for. After the refund and rebooking, we were still about $100 out of pocket, even with a coupon. I’m thankful they helped us find somewhere to stay, but I was frustrated and disappointed that we missed out on the home we had planned and booked months in advance. Earlier notice might have given us more time to consider our options.”

“We paid $1,740.21 expecting a premium, well-maintained property, but instead found a neglected & poorly kept home that significantly diminished our vacation. The listing misrepresented several aspects of the stay. The Peloton bike was completely broken and unusable. The garage had no opener, forcing us into an inconvenient routine of entering a keypad on the side of the house & rushing past the door sensor every time we parked. The upkeep was highly disappointing. There was visible mold in the showers, the walls were scuffed & dirty, the master towel holder was broken off the wall, & two of the three bathrooms completely lacked toilet paper holders. Outside, the entryway & back patio were filled with bugs & pine needles, & the patio itself was totally unusable as it was covered in plywood. It felt so unhygienic & neglected that we actively avoided spending time there. The host’s minimal reimbursement offer was completely inadequate for the sub-standard conditions. Avoid this property.”

“It was a good stay. There was a plumbing problem and when reached out we got response but they informed us someone would call us in regards to the problem and no one reached out and it wasn’t fixed. There was also no deep cleaning, we found finger nail clippings by the remote in the living room and we had to dust off some places. Also it wasn’t specified that it was $50 per car that stayed on lot. We thought it was $50 per condo and we didn’t find out until we got there and ended up pay $200. Other than that it was a great location and everything was like the pictures, we loved that we were beachfront and the pool was amazing. The pier was a 10 minute walk so it was nice to be close to good restaurants and lots of activity.”

“The place itself is very nice, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, some of the instructions could be much clearer. The parking directions, pool entrance, and pool hours were not clearly explained, which made it difficult to find everything and unfortunately prevented us from using the pool.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. Check in was smooth and the location was convenient. I’m giving 4 stars because there were a few small inconveniences. When we asked the host about the iron and ironing board listed in the amenities, they asked us to check the closets and laundry room. We did a thorough search and notified them that we couldn’t find them. The host was unresponsive after this. It would’ve been nice to receive a simple “apologies for the inconvenience” response. Kitchen utensils and dishes were also dirty (food crust). Some plastic utensils were visibly burned/melted. The outdoor trash isn’t far from the entrance, so flies get in the house when you open the door. They did provide a fly swat to kill them. When we put the trash out, the can and lid were full of flies and maggots. Aside from these inconveniences, the home was sufficient for our group for the 4 nights we stayed.”

“We had some minor issues with the sink not draining , garbage disposal not working . The WIFI information was not accurate . We reached out and Received a response within 8 hours , no one ever came to fix the problems we were having . It was hard to cook and clean for the kids when the sink kept backing up . I eventually figured out the WIFI when I checked to see how the TV was connected . The House was Beautiful , Right on the Beach , Great Pool and Hot Tub . The Bar/Restaurant on site was Great , Lindsey the Bartender was Fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We loved the house The location was great steps away from public access. The house was very nice Comfy beds Love the the third floor living room with comfy seats Only suggestions are 1. More comfortable seating on outside porches 2. The day of check in clearly we could have gone in at 3 instead of 4 we sat outside in 100 degree temp the house was ready But would not allow before 4 3. The two extra bedrooms on second and third floor do not connect to bedroom I know from design construction stand point it was hard to do that It’s good for kids t”

“The house was beautiful, but had some issues with the mold in the upstairs small bathroom. My little girl was sick for a whole day. Also, the downstairs shower door handle was off when we arrived and the switch plate to the upstairs master bathroom. There is also quite a walk from the house to the beach access point and a highway that will need to be crossed. Signs for the pool would also be helpful or a map of the area.”

“The trash bin was completely full upon arrival, and we were still asked to take it out for scheduled pickup. This seemed like an oversight that should have been taken care of by housekeeping prior to check-in.”

“We really enjoyed our stay but there are a few things missing. No ports for charging anywhere, no basics like salt and pepper. You need to come totally prepared because except for linens nothing else is provided.”
