“Beautiful view of the ocean from bottom and top floor. To get to the beach, you go outside, walk down one sand-dune staircase, and you're on the beach. Beach chairs were setup every day. You do not have to pay for the chairs as each set of chairs is paired with the condo units of this complex. Pristine beach. Clear water. Clean inside clutter free condo. Host is polite, kind and responsive.”

“Great cottage in a gated community with access to private beach. We loved staying in such close proximity to both Rosemary Beach and Alys beach. Property managers were extremely responsive.”

“Peaceful townhome on a very busy highway. Once you step inside the property, you immediately see the amazing view of the ocean. Beach access was great and private. Beach chair service being included was a huge plus. We would definitely come back again!”

“Location was great. But that is not really related to the management company. We feel like for the cleaning fee we all pay floors could have been moped. Also there were holes in the couch and one of the chairs covers. All management company did came and covered it with the bed sheets but told up they will put new covers on it. First, it was supposed to be taken care of before anyone would have moved in. Second, why say one thing and do the least expensive option instead. Plus management company wanted $500 security deposit outside of this platform.”
