“This home was a great place to come back to after exploring the beautiful 30A area. The community and location was absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed. It very comfortably fit my family of 4. We are already planning our visit to come back next year!”

“This was our second visit to Rosemary Beach and our first time staying at splish splash! With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there was more than enough space for my husband and I. The furniture in the living room was new and the sofa was a sleeper sofa. The house could easily accommodate 7 people. The kitchen was very well equipped. I also want to note that there were plenty of bath towels, etc. which is not always the case with some Airbnb's. We loved the location as the backyard opened conveniently to the pool. The distance to the beach is a 7-8 minute walk from the house. If you were too loaded down with each items, the trolley service was very convenient. The bikes were well maintained and seats were easily adjustable. All of the instructions were clear and oversee was very responsive! We have already booked the same home for next year! We highly recommend and listing that is on Oversee!”
