“We loved the house; and, the back porches faced the nature trail which was peaceful and pretty. My parents loved the porch swing off their bedroom upstairs. We talked about the pros and cons of being close to the pool or where we were and decided we preferred the privacy of a back porch facing the wooded area and nature trail. The bicycles were fun and the streets were very walkable and bicycle friendly. The trams were very helpful and the drivers were super friendly and helpful. We don’t usually vacation during peak season so the crowds at the beach, pool, and restaurants were the greatest challenge. We would like to visit the area again during a less popular time in the same house. The house and community were perfect! This is a small detail, but I thought it was nice. The Seacrest Staff takes your garbage to the curb. All we had to do was put it in the outdoor trash can.”

“We have stayed at this home twice now and will be back again! It's the perfect layout for our family and we love the screen porch. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathrooms are clean and nice and providing bikes, beach chairs, etc is a huge plus! The neighborhood is very peaceful and private but close to everything on 30A.”

“We got rehomed to this Airbnb for a girls trip after our original house was no longer being rented. Dare I say this really worked out in our favor because we loved this house and it was perfect for us - a group of 8! Having en suite bathrooms for 3 of the 4 bedrooms was a game changer and everything was clean and as expected. It is on a smaller side street/cul de sac in the neighborhood and felt very private but also accessible to the coffee and wine shop at the top of the road, pool, and situated nicely between Rosemary (10 min drive) and Seaside (20ish min drive). Based off other reviews we opted for the public beach access across the street to the right and it had lots of stairs but was an easy walk. Only downside was the inability to get early check in and housekeeping actually still being there when we arrived at 4 pm. Would stay again!”

“The place was clean when we got here which was nice. The location is great at seacrest but There are a lot Of things missing that could make this rental a lot better. There is no cleaning supplies, not even a broom. (Although they sent one when we asked) No beach towels so bring your own. No beach chairs no beach toys. They provide a pack n play but no crib sheets. No high chair. (A high chair is 60$ on Amazon but I had to spend 150 renting one on babyquip.) The master bedroom has no dresser and no hangers in the closet so you don’t really have anywhere to put your clothes. I had to live out of my suitcase all week. If you are driving and can bring your own kitchen things you like I recommend it. When we got here the thermostat was broken and the house was warm. There wasn’t any urgency to fix it.We came home from dinner the next night and an hvac guy was in the house. We received no warning someone would be coming in and we didn’t like that.We wouldn’t stay here again. Value not there”

“Good stay in a solid location. Had what we needed and community was beautiful with convenient access to trams that brought us to the beach. Check in was a bit confusing (located at the pool) and the communication is a bit all over the place (rental company + owner texting you) but nothing that negatively impacted the trip!”
