30A Rental Properties in Seacrest Beach, Florida

“The best thing about this home is the location. It is across the parking lot from the pool and a 10-15 min walk to the beach and to the shops in Seacrest and Rosemary. However, both the pool and the beach (especially the beach) are insanely crowded. We spent most days driving to other, public beaches where the beach goers were not sitting on top of one another. The convenience of being able to walk to the beach wasn’t worth it. The home itself worked well for our group of 10 in terms of space and layout. However, it wasn’t particularly clean and seemed dated in a lot of ways. The sofa bed in the 3rd floor bedroom was severely faded and the mattress was dirty (looked like urine stains) and the springs were visible. Our son ended up sleeping on the living room couch instead of the sofa bed. There are tons of pots and pans and dishes in the kitchen, but virtually no space for food (no pantry, very minimal cabinet space). We could only find one cutting board. The house was minimally stocked with necessities. You will definitely need to bring your own toilet paper, toiletries, etc. We didn’t find this out early enough as the Welcome Letter that we were told would arrive 5 days prior to our trip didn’t arrive until the morning we checked in (after I emailed and asked about it). I also sent a message via Airbnb a few days before check-in, which was never answered. Overall, we enjoyed our trip but would stay in a different property on our next visit.”

“Loved this house and would stay here again. Walkable to Rosemary and Seacrest Beach. Very happy with the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean. Make sure you read the list of what is provided. We brought extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper and paper towels and were glad we did. Hayden the manager was very responsive and coordinated a necessary repair to the front door in less than 24 hours. I plan to keep this unit in my favorites for future visits.”
