“Enjoyed our stay!”

“I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and understand that mishaps happen, but this was the worst experience I’ve had. There were no check‑in instructions in the app, no answer when we called, and we were told we “didn’t check our email,” which was frustrating and unprofessional. The door was dirty, the patio was dusty, and the walkway was much smaller than pictured. The biggest issue was the heat: the thermostat was offline, the unit became extremely hot, and the host was slow to respond. Airbnb reached him immediately, but he denied what he told them and never apologized or offered help. His tone was dismissive and accusatory throughout. As a traveler of African descent, the indifference we experienced from both the host and locals made the stay even more uncomfortable. Airbnb refunded less than 10% for two nights in unbearable heat. I would not recommend booking here.”

“The house was really nice, clean. lots of space, & perfect amenities. The location to the beach was perfect. The only thing we felt that it wasn’t set up as an Airbnb like. It was more of just a rental home. We had to provide our own additional toiletries, they only provided a starter kit. It was not hotel like, like we are used to with purchasing an Airbnb.”

“We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was cozy, clean and so cute. The bed was so comfortable. The location of the condo was perfect. Peddlers Pavilion was right next door and Rosemary Beach Center was a 2 minute walk. We also had a short walk to the Seacrest Beach access point. We would stay here again!”
