“No WiFi , the A/C were barely working and the fans don’t make it better even if there is 2. It smells kind of strange. I wouldn’t book here if I was you.”

“Fantastic rental. Pictures are accurate, Pool was perfect overlooking the canal. Property was very quiet inside and out. Easy to find and well located to Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte. Close to airport. Everything was clean and in great condition. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room to entertain or spread out. We will definitely be staying here again.”

“The place was nice but it had an old smell like it hadn't been used in a while. My main issue was not being able to use the kitchen sink. It had a chunk of pipe missing under the sink with a large bucket already full of water and since the pipe was missing that also ment the dishwasher did not work. When I opened it it had a mildew odor and stagnant water left in the bottom. The host always responded but we kept getting the run around and they never came to fix it. We were also supposed to get parking passes that we never got”

“This place was good for families and the host is fast to respond to every concern. The area is quiet and new. It is far from an EV charging stations but I feel Santa Rosa beach is more chill than the Destin proper, that is why we booked around the area. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!”
