It was spacious, offered useful amenities like bikes and kayaks that we enjoyed, and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials.” “However, there were serious issues. The master bedroom mattress was in poor condition. More importantly, the cleaning was not acceptable: the master bathroom had visible hair throughout, including in the shower, and the floor felt slimy, which made the space feel unclean and not properly serviced.” “On the morning of our 10 a.m. checkout, Josh from Sato Real Estate was parked in our driveway at 9:05, well before the agreed checkout time. His early presence made us feel rushed and that our privacy was invaded. A contractor for the air conditioning was also blocking our vehicle, adding to the stress and discomfort. We hope future guests don’t have the same experience.”
