“Great house, abysmal management. While the property is spacious, well-equipped, and well located, SATO Real Estate ruined the experience. They operate with a rigid 9-5 landlord mindset completely unsuited for hospitality for short-term rental. We arrived to a filthy, green pool, and due to their delayed responses and sloppy follow-up, it took over four days to clean. Ultimately, Airbnb support was fantastic and compensated us—despite SATO trying to negotiate down the refund. Nice house, but avoid this management company.”
