“The home was beautiful and overall met our needs. We wanted a pool and a dock and that was great! But the experience was mid, especially considering price. I expected a more elevated experience and it missed the mark. First the upstairs loft was sandy and dirty. (I have pics of window sill with bug debris). We obv pay for the cleaning fee so I do expect it being thoroughly cleaned. I contacted Sato asked for a vacuum location and, while they offered to send the cleaning team back, it felt inconvenient and intrusive. I found a broom and the dust pan was full of sand already. The kitchen hand soap container was left for us almost empty and rusty. The bar stool bottoms were rusty. The bed sheets were scratchy and worse/cheaper than a Hampton inn, for example. One of like the 3 fan/light remotes for the downstairs pool area worked. Truly, I appreciate wear and tear especially in an Airbnb on the beach. But, again, for the price point I expected some of these details to be crisper”

“We had an incredible stay and such a memorable family vacation. The house and property were absolutely beautiful, and the views were stunning. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the amazing pool (great to have with little ones!) Being able to walk or bike everywhere made the trip even more amazing. The hosts also provided everything we needed for the beach, which we really appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!”

“We had an amazing time for Mother’s Day weekend here. If we come back to Anna Maria we would definitely rent this house again! The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the beach and the pool was the perfect size for our family. I would 1000% recommend this house. The host was also very responsive and helpful to all our questions. The house had everything you may need for a beach house. We’re definitely coming back in the future!”

“We had a great stay in Anna Maria. The house was big and had all of the amenities we needed and the pool was amazing - shaded much of the day. The location was good - on a nice, quiet canal and about a 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms are not luxury, but we were not surprised as the photos/reviews captured this and we knew in advance. The house felt comfortable and lived in and we had no complaints. Communication was really good, although I was a little turned off by getting a text the day of check-in saying this: "Please do not ask if it's ready early. This will slow things down and may delay check-in." While we didn't expect to get in early, it felt really off-putting to be threatened with this if we asked. This was weird to me and something I have not experienced before.”

“The front door didn’t open so every time we came and left it had to be through side and back doors that are in peoples rooms. Not convenient and not safe because we couldn’t lock the doors at night or use the front door to easily get in.”

“Vacation was terrible!!! Water pressure was terrible in shower Water did not get hot in the shower Matress and bed frame was not the same one as the photos!! Mattresses were terrible, so uncomfortable felt every bar of the metal frame. Couldn't even sit on side of the bed without sliding off because mattress was too soft. Tried out twin mattresses instead, were terrible too. Had to go buy an air mattress to sleep on instead. Air mattress was more comfortable than the beds Also living room looked nothing like the photos either! Left a day earlier because we could not sleep good and was so disappointed with this house!! Floors were dirty Poor communication, tried to discuss how bed, couch, chairs ect weren't like the ones in the photos they disagreed. Should have took our own photos, but didn't think about it. Spoke to a lady about the mattress and bedtime stated there's nothing they could do, yes there was update the photos so they are accurate!”

“Beautiful house and pool and great surroundings. Elevator was very helpful and the outdoor space great! It was a bit difficult communicating about pool temperatures and preferences though the experience was really wonderful. Our 1 and 3 year old really enjoyed it as well! Would go back. Great space!”
