Scoast Vacation in Satellite Beach, Florida

“Very nice condo. Plenty of room. Bedrooms were all nice size. 2 bedrooms had private baths which was really nice. A little outdated could use a paint job. Also the mattresses could use an upgrade. It is a little ways down the beach from most of the restaurants so if you're looking for that convenience might not be what you're looking for. Overall a 4 out of 5. With a couple of minor upgrades would definitely be a 5.”

“Overall the place is moderately priced, the pool is under construction and will be sometime before it can be swam in. All communication is handled via AI so no host is available until hours later. very frustrating if you are looking for quick answers from your host.”

“Not a stellar place but adequate. when we first walked in theres an overwhelming smell of smoke and it seems to be stronger in different rooms. The furnace sounds like a small tractor is best i can describe it. very loud to say the least. amenities are as described and the place is big as described. There is a pool under construction but looks like no work has taken place at least while we were there. the pool is way out for completion along with any landscape. There's basically nothing on the property out back. Beach is beautiful as satellite beach is gorgeous. Not a bad place if you need the space.very secure.”

“I’m not one to write poor reviews because I think anything can be fixed. We asked to check in early if they were done cleaning in time, it didn’t work out which was okay, but then came into the floors not being vacuumed or swept. Messes will be made, but everyone pays a cleaning fee so walking into dirty floors was not what I expected, especially when we have a crawling baby. Our babies were napping, two children resting, & my husband & I on the balcony. Our two resting came out to us panicked. Someone was banging on our door, saying to let them in, & they entered our locked room. It was the owner of the place. When I brought it to the hosts attention they had said they called & talked to me to confirm that time was okay for the owner to come, which in fact did not happen. No calls, voicemail, or conversation. They lied. We were left uneasy & disappointed. Beach access was super easy & the place was beautiful to stay at. No cleaning supplies available. $2 to wash & dry load, communal”
