“We really enjoyed our stay on Satellite beach! The place was very clean and honestly the other reviews were spot on. It’s right on the beach, but there is a walk down steps to the beach, there’s no wheelchair, stroller, beach wagon accessibility so do plan for that. The building itself is dated, but clean and the unit itself is updated and really nice! The only problem we had was that the codes weren’t working at check in. It seemed as though a lot of other people having the same issues. The host was very helpful and quick to respond at check in, so it wasn’t a problem at all. All in all, we’d love to come again. It’s definitely a great price on a beautiful location.”

“Clean, nice place. A very good value, reasonably priced. Close enough to beach but you do not pay a high premium for the location. Neighborhood and local amenities very good. Would use the service and stay at this property again.”

“We loved the location. We liked the responsiveness with the issues we had. We enjoyed the apartment in general. But, its fitted out with subpar furniture. The living room couch is old, small, hard and stained. The frame of the beds is very unstable and cheap. The bathroom shower curtain is disgusting. The outdoor common bbq area is run down and no way you would want to eat out there. No blackout curtains in bedrooms ( we bought some cheap paper ones from Lowes but really that should not be a concern of the renter). That being said the bbq itself n common areas is very functional hot and good for grilling, the matresses are comfy as are the pillows. As well, there are cleaning products on site for most things but not for washing machine. There were functional issues which hopefully will be addressed. To compensate they did allow a 2 hour later checkout. There was issues with the door lock (its finicky) and we did get locked out one day and had to call and sort out.”
