“Our experience at this Airbnb was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the property was not in the condition we expected. There was trash piled up outside, the outdoor furniture was dirty and stained, the shower curtain was broken, and the grill had a large hole (7 inches), making it unusable.The pool was another issue. It repeatedly displayed error messages and was not functioning properly, which resulted in the water becoming increasingly dirty during our stay. Additionally, the master bathroom lights appeared to have an electrical issue and would not work consistently.We promptly reported these concerns to the host with the expectation that they would be addressed. Instead, we were met with a rude and dismissive attitude. At no point did we make unreasonable demands—we simply wanted the property issues corrected so we could enjoy the stay we paid for.Due to both the condition of the property and the host's unprofessional response, we ultimately felt we had no choice but to leave.”

“Lovely home with plenty of space for our family. Pool was enjoyable. The cleanliness was great. The only disappointment was the air flow of the a/c unit not reaching 3 of the bedrooms.”
