“We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in! The space was very cute, well maintained, comfortable, cozy, and nicely decorated. It was the perfect spot for my husband and me for a long weekend in Siesta Key. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the pool area, but we did walk the path to the beach and spent a few hours there, which was great. We had some rain during our stay, so we ended up spending more time at the Airbnb than we originally planned, and the screened-in porch was especially nice for being able to sit outside and get some fresh air. The only downside during our visit was the amount of construction surrounding the property. The view from the porch was primarily of a new structure being built, with additional construction behind us as well. Thankfully, noise was not an issue at all—it was really just the view that was affected. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and really enjoyed the space. It was a great little home base for our Siesta Key weekend!”

“Good place - check in was easy. Easy to find . Host was really responsive, one umbrella was missing and they ordered one right away (arrived next day) . Easy walk to beach as well as great pool nearby . Plenty of included items for a beach trip. Overall a good easy stay”

“The Tree House made for a wonderful beach trip for my family and I. The house was clean and worked great for us. Beds were quite comfortable and there was easy beach access. On site pool and bay views were lovely.”

“We knew there would be nearby construction and that they were not obeying the start time of 9am. But we couldn’t cancel at that time. We had construction below and directly in front of condo with two toilets sitting outside our entryway and the other construction facing our screened in porch facing. The final straw was having one non functioning bathroom for almost 3 days. They had to dig up the septic system. The odor leaked into our porch for 3 days making it impossible to sit on it. In addition the noise digging up the sewer pipes was very loud. Add to that a plumber who had to access our unit numerous times (understandably) to try to fix the toilet and the bathroom sink that had no water pressure. We had numerous plumber visits, numerous communications with the host- it was a terrible vacation.”

“My family and I enjoyed the stay. The location was awesome, just off the bay and a short walk from the beach. The location was the highlight of our stay, and I highly recommend it. There were beach toys and a beach cart that made the experience so much more fun.”
