“We had a great stay. The area is adorable and easy to access. Close to Boston where we spent a lot of time. Newbury was very close, fun little town with good restaurants. The view was beautiful! Thank u for the comfortable accommodations.”

“We’ve stayed in different places across Plum Island for more than a decade. This one is hard to beat. The beach is at your door, and beyond it there is nothing but the ocean, clear to the horizon. You can walk for miles in either direction. Reach Parker River Nat'l Wildlife Refuge by walking along the shore, or take the short drive to the marsh side. We got up early for the sunrises, breathtaking in any weather. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need. There is a place to park—a small thing until high summer, when it becomes a large one. We had to keep in touch with work and it was easy- Wi-Fi was fast and dependable. So was the temptation to close the laptop and go outside. The hosts were very accommodating, quick to answer our questions; they graciously agreed to make small changes to our reservation. Overall a fantastic stay. Excellent property to stay alone (if you can afford it) or with a large family. We will come back.”

“Location is everything for this beautiful place. It was a bit smaller than we expected but the location, views and layout made us quickly forget about the size. Having decks on the 2nd and 3rd levels with living rooms on each level were a huge bonus. This place is right on the beach with views we could stare at all day. There is nothing like morning coffee on the private deck watching the sunrise over the ocean. The place was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely be back!”

“The locations is AMAZING! Even with a rare September Nor’easter, Plum Island was beautiful with spectacular views, great little restaurants, and Newburyport so close. Classic for any property on the beach, there’s a few things you should be aware of before booking. When the wind is a sustained 50mph, it’s very noisy. If there’s heavy rain, there’s a risk of the bridge to the island closing leaving you stranded on either side. Other than unexpected weather, you are guaranteed to have a great stay.”

“Beautiful beach home. Perfect walk to the beach even for the grandchildren. Plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking for the family. The walk out basement was perfect for the grandchildren with age appropriate games. Beds were comfortable which is a big deal when you are a light sleeper! Highly recommend this for a family vacation spot.”

“We absolutely loved our stay on Plum Island! The property was exactly as advertised—right on the beach, beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was so much room to spread out, with two living areas and gorgeous decks on both floors. It was just my husband and me this time, but we loved the space so much that next year we plan to bring family and friends along! We can’t wait to return and enjoy this beautiful beachfront home again. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing and memorable Plum Island getaway!”

“We had a wonderful time on Plum Island. The place is beautiful and great views of the ocean. Walking distance to several places to eat, ice cream, bait and tackle and a surf shop. Mad Martha’s for breakfast was 5 stars but a long wait (totally worth it). We spent time hiking the Reserve and shopping in Newburyport which is about 15 mins away. Great way to spend Labor Day weekend. Highly recommend.”
