“I had the best time celebrating my birthday in Santa Rosa Beach at Josh’s residence. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful, and close-ish to Grayton Beach.”

“Carpets were a little dirty and bathroom shower had hair in it before we even used it. Left to go on an outing and windows and everything were locked, came back and one bedroom window was unlocked. Notified the owner and they didn’t even acknowledge when I had messaged them. Make sure you check all windows if you are going to stay at this place.”
