Was really shocked at what we got for the price we paid! Was a nice place but not for what we paid, could have definitely stayed somewhere way better. Very mediocre. - 1st bathroom, the shower turns really hot or really cold! There is no in between! - There were barely any kitchenware and supplies. We had bought a watermelon and could barely cut into it due to all the knives being so dull and outdated! - If you’re going to cook, bear in mind there’s no seasonings in the kitchen. Not even salt or black pepper. Not saying it’s necessary but all the Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in have several basic seasonings supplied! Was just a bummer. - Very few toiletries were supplied for a week stay with 5-6 guests. - Cleanliness was alright. Hair was found in beds and bathrooms and empty beer cans were on the balcony. - Private access to the beach isn’t actually private on the beach. Jam packed and filled with chair umbrella rentals to milk more money out of you. You can’t bring your own canopy.

Carpets were a little dirty and bathroom shower had hair in it before we even used it. Left to go on an outing and windows and everything were locked, came back and one bedroom window was unlocked. Notified the owner and they didn’t even acknowledge when I had messaged them. Make sure you check all windows if you are going to stay at this place.

The cabin is beautiful, in a great location, and has lovely views during the day. It has a lot of potential, but it would really benefit from a deep cleaning and some updates. There was a strong musty/mildew smell throughout the home, along with spiderwebs and areas that felt poorly maintained. We also felt there were not enough towels provided and no hand soap available. The jacuzzi is located in an open area near the front entrance, which made it feel uncomfortable to use due to wildlife concerns, so we did not end up using it. We also found someone else’s sock in the couch, and noticed that several items in the home, such as door locks, could use maintenance. If these issues were addressed, it would be a wonderful place to stay.

We were asked if we would please “favor” and pull the trash can out to the curb for local trash collection, and also pull it back in the next morning, but in the same message we were threatened with a $75 fine if we didn’t do Considering the hefty cleaning fee, such things should not be a guest’s responsibility. Also the place felt a little more worn than we were expecting. Location was excellent though.

Perfect view of the pool and the beach. Only problem was waiting on the maid to clean the room so check-in was at five .room was very clean. Perfect for a family.

We only get one vacation a year, so we splurged on nearly a $2,000 stay expecting a relaxing getaway. We booked before knowing the hot tub was broken and didn’t have it until Thursday evening—our fourth and final night before leaving Friday. The home wasn’t maintained as advertised. The ice machine never worked, and we had to send a video before the owner believed us. The theater room had dusty blinds, most speakers didn’t work, and remotes had dying batteries. The large built-in grill shown in the listing was replaced with a small stand alone grill. The arcade game didn’t work, the garbage disposal sprayed food back into the sink, and we found trash about, plus pubic hairs in the tub. Most frustrating, the owner scheduled a paint estimate during our stay without telling us. We turned the workers away because we thought they had the wrong house. We also weren’t told about exterior cameras. The only compensation was $25 for the ice machine, with no apology for the many other issues.

The views from this home are absolutely stunning and truly made the stay memorable. We also loved the home's overall layout, which is spacious and well-designed for a group. However, we were disappointed by a few issues regarding cleanliness and communication. Upon arrival, we found a significant layer of dust on all the countertops and furniture. Additionally, the indoor pool room was uncomfortably hot. We reached out to the host to ask them to adjust the temperature, and while they promised to send someone to fix it that same day, no one ever arrived. While the location and views are incredible, the lack of cleanliness and follow-through on maintenance issues made it difficult to fully enjoy the amenities.

If you like to live with RATS/MOUSE! This is the place for you. As I walked in I noticed there was a lot of webs and dirt on the floor. In the kitchen there was a RAT TRAP right on the kitchen floor and rat poop in the drawer where the fork/knife was, on the kitchen floor, and counter. When I told Travis about the issue his response was ‘ It’s not a rat it’s a MOUSE!’ As if that makes it any better. Despite the other reviews I seen he was very INCONSIDERATE. Sent a cleaning lady in to clean whom also noticed the RAT problem and still nothing was done. It’s a shame because I drove 11 HOURS from Florida for graduation just to be uncomfortable and share space with rats while the host did not want to accommodate us. We bought food the same night just to wake up to the rat chipping on the things we bought, so more money went down the drain. Travis then lied about pest control being at the home while I went to graduation that morning, only thing that was different is the mouse trap was gone.

This house was exactly as advertised. It has a great layout with a lot of great features and amenities. Our only complaint (which we made the host aware during our stay, though nothing was done) is that the previous tenants left behind a lot of trash, the outdoor areas had obviously not been maintained (spiderwebs and animal droppings in many places) and generally cleanliness was an issue. The pool guy was slated to come on Monday and we never saw him and did not leave the house that day, so the pool and hot tub were not cleaned or checked. My son found a balled up napkin with cookie crumbs in his bed after having slept in it 2 nights… we did not have cookies at the house so it definitely wasn’t his. I hate having to say anything negative because we did enjoy the house, it just needs better maintenance and a reliable cleaning service.

When we arrive, there was hair on the bed and looks like someone had slept in the bed. The bathroom was dirty. Sent pictures to the host and he got someone to come over and clean. They only spent about 30 minutes. We ended up booking another place because my girls weren’t very comfortable and I think they were uneasy about how dirty the condo was when we arrived and they didn’t really clean it in their opinion. We spent about six hours in the condo.
