“Great home. Worked well for our two families with small children. Plenty of space, bedrooms/bathrooms, and separate living areas so everyone was comfortable. And the pool was great! Location was perfect for us too. Very close to the beach and walkable to a few great restaurants - which was perfect with littles.”

“This was the perfect stay for our group of 12 over labor day weekend! The house is exactly as described and MUCH ROOMIER than the pictures! Every single bedroom has ample space, as we put 6 adults in the bunk room and 4 adults in the double room and we didn’t feel at all cramped! The living spaces were great for gathering and the house is a great location. Very thankful for the golf cart and bikes that were made available to us. I would stay over again and again!”

“We loved our stay, and could not have been happier!!! The kitchen had all the necessary items to cook and keep leftovers if there were any. It’s beyond close to the beach and the ease of everything is next-level! I will be staying here again and this house will be my go-to for 30A vacations! We just loved it 🥰 🌅”

“I hate 1-star, but for the next guest, I must be honest. Luxury isn't a look; it's an experience, and the experience fell far short of expectations. There was visible mold in the fourth-floor bathroom, multiple cockroaches, and no hot water upstairs until halfway through Day 3. Repairs then left the entire house without water for about 8 hours, with 11 guests unable to use toilets, shower, wash hands, or do dishes. The master bedroom lock didn't work. Even more concerning, the worker sent to shut off the elevator let himself into the house without knocking, calling, or warning us while our young kids were inside. Beyond the major issues, this four-story home has a working elevator guests aren't allowed to use, no basic toiletries or toilet paper, a tub without a stopper, AC restricted to 68+, and fan remotes that control fans on other floors. At $1,000/night, the cleanliness, plumbing, privacy, and maintenance issues were unacceptable. We cannot recommend this property.”
