“We chose this property primarily for the pool and outdoor entertainment area, and while the house itself was nice and a fantastic location near the beach and restaurants our stay was unfortunately marred by pool issues. Upon arrival, the pool appeared neglected, with green algae and cloudy water. When we contacted property management, we were informed that the pool is scheduled to be cleaned Tues and Friday, but that the vendor had missed Tues and Wed due to an incident. However, the condition of the pool did not reflect just a single missed cleaning. The pool vendor finally arrived Thursday evening to clean and shock the pool, meaning we were only able to enjoy the pool area for one night. While the property management did issue a partial refund of $159 (about 5% of our stay), we felt this was insufficient given that the pool—the primary reason we booked the property—was unusable for two full nights. the lack of pool significantly impacted our experience and left us disappointed”

“Great house to stay with family! Loved the private pool and the area for ping pong and darts, easy to walk to the beach and get around town, one of our favorite neighborhoods in the area! Downsides included one of the upstairs bedrooms didn't have a door that closed properly (was actually a two door and couldn't shut completely so hard to sleep because heard everything downstairs), also the downstairs powder bathroom was inaccessible due to floor boards coming up in the middle of the hallway so you can't shut the door to be able to use it, this would have been nice to have for everyone to use and made the house much more functional. The rental company provided a code for door entry only to get to the house and note there is no keypad and we had to spend time figuring out it is a keyed entry home with a key in lockbox, this feels like an easy oversight that shouldn't have been overlooked by the company managing the rental. Lastly, checkout time is 9am which is early.”

“Sadly, we had to leave this place after our first night due to a leak on the roof in the master bedroom, leaking water onto our bed throughout the night. The ceiling had been patched prior to our arrival which showed us that they knew the leak existed before we checked in. The beds, furniture and location were all perfect. Our only other complaint was that the lighting throughout the entire townhouse was EXTREMELY bright, similar to fluorescent lighting. We really wanted to love this place but sadly it didn’t work out. After lots of phone calls back and forth we were able to work with Southern rentals & Airbnb to get a refund.”

“Easy check in and overall nice place, but be prepared and bring earplugs for sleeping - the floors must be really thin because the people above us were super loud all the time. Other than that, good stay!”

“Our stay at this location immediately began on the wrong foot when we arrived after the stated check-in time with no communication from the host for the door code. We had to call after hours to the service line and get someone from a call center to help us with the door code. Additionally, the host stated in the house instructions that parking passes were needed to ensure that parking in the provided spots would be allowed and that our car would not be towed. We could not find the parking passes. We were informed days later that they were not needed. Next, when we entered the location, we found out that the WIFI was not working! We expressed to the property manager our frustration with the amenity not being availible. We stayed for 6 days, and the WIFI was not restored until day 4. Additionally, the location details stated that there was a jetted tub. This is false. There are no tubs in the condo. This was frustrating as we have two young kids that need to take baths.”
