“Beautiful location with easy access to the beach and Eastern Lake.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and close to several restaurants. It was especially convenient to be able to go back and forth from the beach throughout the day. The beach chairs provided with the unit were a nice bonus. When we arrived, there were no dish towels, but the host had housekeeping bring some the following day along with the extra trash bags we requested, which we appreciated. One thing to note for future guests is that there is only one designated parking space for the unit. The only significant issue we encountered was the washing machine. The inside was quite dirty, with visible mold and hair. We brought it to the host's attention, but unfortunately did not receive a response regarding that concern. Hopefully this will be addressed for future guests.”

“Great location. Golf cart is an awesome addition. Able to park the car and use it for most all trips. Very quiet location.”

“The house location is great for beach access (two options) and really enjoyed the main deck area. Another great add to our stay was the separate ice maker - bonus for certain. The living space & kitchen also served our group really well. While there were several details that weren’t exactly as hoped (areas of noticeable wear & tear, sugar ants in kitchen and master mattress is very worn and spring type vs memory foam) we appreciated the conversations regarding these items with property ownership to address for future guests.”
