“Lovely apartment in Seagrove, steps away from the beach, with private access to the beach. Responsive and helpful host company. Would love to come back!”

“Upon arrival, the garage code did not work, and there was no hot water whatsoever. We called the dedicated number, and they were not familiar with Blue Mtn View at all, gave inaccurate info on beach parking, and advised a maintenance person would come out the next morning to attend to the hot water. They didn't. We found the water heater and plugged it in. There were dozens of nails and screws in the pool,... could have been an injury! We called Scenic Stays another two times during our stay about the garage code, with no response either time. The garage code still doesn't work. For the cost of this venue, the communication and followup was sorely missing.”

“I was incredibly pleased with my stay at One Seagrove Place 0107. For starters, the view is spectacular. Being able to sit on the patio and watch the waves, hearing them crash on the beach, was superb. The access from the unit to the beach was also really easy. We’re talking a minute from front door to sand. So convenient, especially with a little. The place was clean. No mold or bugs (inside the unit) to speak of. There are some signs of aging in the unit but nothing that detracts from your stay. The chairs on the deck could use replacing but they’re still functional and comfortable. The bed isn’t the greatest but it’s not uncomfortable either. I have nothing bad to say. The listing is accurate. It’s a nice place! Scenic Stays also does a good job stocking the unit. We had more bath towels than we could have ever used. Also little toiletry kits and kitchen starter kits were a nice touch and helpful. Great place. Would certainly stay here again.”
