“The house was really nice from the outside when we arrived. It’s a one story with a wrap around porch. It is the first house from the Main Street so we did not have to search the neighborhood for it. Once inside we were quite surprised as to how clean and comfortable it looked. It’s an open concept with a living/dining/kitchen with counter and bar stools. Allowed easy access and keeps the family together while preparing food and eating. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I cannot say enough about the bathroom. Again the owners went beyond to keep it large, has a his & hers sink and the Shower was glassed in and large with a rain shower, shower head and a hand held. The owners also did a fantastic job with the back yard. They built two Pergola’s and had comfortable seating areas and a BBQ for those who dabble or have a large family to feed. Would definitely recommend to others… and would rent again next time we go to Santa Rosa Beach. Love this house!”

“We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we walked in, you could tell how much thought, care, and love went into making this Airbnb feel like a home away from home. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 2 families traveling with four kids under the age of six. The backyard was perfect for family dinners and letting the kids play out back. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the beach, close to the grocery store, and the ice cream shop around the corner was a huge hit with the kids! Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered within a couple of hours, often even sooner, and the hosts were always so kind and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone!! We would absolutely stay here again.”

The backyard is heavenly, the beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms and kitchen were generously appointed with anything and everything you could need during a weeklong visit. The home is within walking distance to The Coffee Shoppe/Ice Cream Shoppe on 30A, Cowgirl Kitchen, the Stalls at 30A, Blue Mountain Bakery, and so much more. A comfortable, cozy home in a perfect location- thank you for a great vacation experience!”

“Our entire group of two teenagers, myself, and my mom all thought this home was one of our favorite places that we’ve ever stayed in Santa Rosa Beach. The home was very comfortable and absolutely had every amenity you could ever need. This host should hold a master class in hosting because their hospitality is first class!! We really appreciated the first aid and hygiene box of thoughtfully curated items that was always just what we needed when we realized we had forgotten something. The value, the location, and the amazing back porch just put it over the top!! Thank you so much! We can’t wait to return!!!”
