“Hands down best location you can get for the price. We were so grateful to stay at Waves and had the trip of a lifetime. We plan to come back and stay in the same property. We have been to seaside multiple times and realize the importance of being 1) close to the downtown & 2) private beach access. We love the private beach access and literally being a few steps away from the pavilion AND downtown. Price was SO worth it. While the home is a bit smaller & was not squeaky clean, we were barely in the home and location made it all worth it. Communication from the host was stellar. Can’t wait to come back!!”
