“Overall a positive stay, dont expect anything to fancy but everything worked, location was unbeatable, unit was clean, had most of everything we needed. Parking/Garbage situation on the street was a bit confusing and I could see how it could potentially lead to conflicts etc, but we were able to figure it out. No big complaints. Ocean Reef did a good job with communication, etc. Of course wish check out was 11AM and not 10 but that just seems to be the standard now for some reason. Would absolutely rent this unit again.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef’s Tipsy Marlin! It was our first time staying in Santa Rosa. The house is very close to the beach access which was convenient. There are a few shops and restaurants nearby but not as many as in some of the other nearby 30A beaches like Watercolor, etc. The communication from the property management was prompt and instructions/check-in/check-out was very easy. My only complaint is that we noticed the house was not booked for several days before our rental, so we requested and early checkin (which we did receive for no extra cost) but we were told we would need to wait and see if we got a text the day of. This was inconvenient as we were traveling with pets from 5 hours away but it worked out. Seems like they’d know if early checkin was possible more than 3 hours in advance. The house was clean but the living room rug was pretty old and dingy looking. Linens/towels/soaps/etc. were provided. I would recommend staying here. Overall a good experience.”
