“Tight driveway for 3 vehicles. Floors were not swept for my stay. Sliding door on first level does not close fully. Very noisy from all the people that pass by and have access through the side of the property. To check in you have to call or email, a code should be more than enough. This property is strict with checking in at 4 pm, not before. There’s an elevator in the property which would’ve been very helpful for luggage’s but not accessible to guests. Don’t get me wrong it does have a beautiful back view but just needs some adjustments to make it a great stay”airbnb

“Do NOT go by the pictures! Absolutely not worth what you pay, extremely dirty, hole in the roof, multiple floor tiles have holes in them, jacuzzi tub jets do not work not even one, says there is a Keurig, there is not. Kitchen window is broken. Main house and guest were both unlocked when we arrived in wee hours of the morning, took a shot and tried the sliding glass doors, Yes, they were unlocked as well. TV in master bedroom did not work, maintenance came to check door lock, then went to check tv, power cord and tv box were stolen. Had us check other tv’s and their boxes were gone as well. He also checked the pool as it was ice cold and I had already paid for heater, heater was never turned on until that day but was charged. Pool was extremely dirty, also had issues with fire ants by the pool. Grill barley works. Has zero stuff for you to use or do there. Beautiful neighborhood, great location but not this house. Should be refunded for this vacation.”airbnb

“Great place! Close to the beach, it wasn’t very clean, we found a couple cockroaches on the bathrooms. And it was dusty with cigar smell. But the location is great. We have troubles during check in, where we were let in the apartment at around 12pm, went out for lunch and we went back and they didn’t let us in, with all our stuff inside, medication, baby formula, etc. it was a horrible experience, but they gave us $200 for compensation for that mistake.”airbnb

“A terrible experience. I paid for the pool heater and it was never installed. I called many times because there was a problem with the pool and they never sent anyone. The house is very nice, but the pool is freezing cold. We paid for the heater and no one came to turn it on, and very little water comes out. I called three or more times saying they were going to send someone, but they never arrived.”airbnb

“Our stay was great. My daughters enjoy their beach trip. The home was exactly as pictured and it’s right on the beach with great views. I will say that you are on the first floor right in front of the parking lot and pool. Keep in mind that you will be able to hear EVERYTHING going on and I actually had to ask parents to tell their kids to keep it down and be mindful of other people because it will be very loud at night. Nonetheless the unit its self was very beautiful and the beds were comfy. I did however notice multiple roaches and a long trail of ants in the window sills. I’d expect that if people are paying over $800 for the weekend trip you should be able to enjoy it without pests. Lastly we were cited for not getting a parking pass but I was never informed that we needed one and we were almost towed away. Ocean reef could do a better job with letting clients know ahead of time that although you have access into the property via the gate code you still need a parking pass”airbnb

“We stayed at Ocean Reef a long weekend for a bachelorette trip. When we arrived none of the lock codes worked, the phone number provided did have a quick response and they sent maintenance but it was going to take an hour for them to get there so we had to wait outside for them to get into the house. Once the maintenance guy had to break into the house, he was able to let us in and they had to send a locksmith/smart lock vendor to replace the entire thing. We were there about an hour and realized the AC was completely out upstairs and downstairs. Luckily they were quick to send someone out while we were at dinner. The ice maker also never worked for our 4 days we were there. After that there were luckily no other issues, but the day of arrival was a nightmare. The house itself was gorgeous, golf cart was great and convenient for going to the beach and community areas across the street. Plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper and whatnot were provided.”airbnb

“The condo had a great view and a nice location, but unfortunately the cleanliness and basic supplies were not up to standard. When we arrived, there were dirty towels left in the bathroom and a packet with bracelets and personal information from a previous guest still in the room, which was concerning. Additionally, there was only one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels provided for a three-night stay, which is not adequate. The view was beautiful, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of proper cleaning and preparation. This unit needs better attention to housekeeping before guests arrive.”airbnb

“One of the worst Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in! We arrived after the listed 4:00 PM check-in time, but the property was not ready. Cleaners were still outside waiting for access, and we had to wait over an hour before we could enter, with no communication from the host. Once inside, the condition of the home did not meet basic expectations. There were multiple maintenance issues (broken lights, door knobs, and unusable bikes), dirty dishes and silverware put away in the cabinets, and essential items like toilet paper were not provided. We reached out to the host through Airbnb, but the response was delayed and not helpful in resolving the issues. Due to the condition of the property, we chose to leave the next morning and had to book another Airbnb for the remainder of our trip. Overall, this stay was not ready for guests, was not properly maintained, and did not meet basic standards for cleanliness, readiness, or communication. I would not recommend staying here!! DO NOT BOOK”airbnb

“Great location. Property could have been cleaner, no toilet paper in bathrooms when arrived, checked in after 4:00 PM and dishes were dirty, we had to wash them. Linens had stain, we washed that and re made bed.”airbnb
