“We loved this condo! Property was well maintained and gorgeous. Location was great.”

“Good location. We have stayed in this facility multiple times but was our first time in this unit. Dining table chair covers are very grungy and chair legs are wobbly on a couple of chairs. Ran the jacuzzi tub and the pipes were full of buildup that came out into the tub when running the pump. Not sure if it was mold or just residue but it was really bad. I informed the property manager who offered to come "re clean" but declined as there was no way I was using after seeing that.”

“This property was incredible and would highly recommend. Best of both worlds - close to Seaside, Santa Rosa and Miramar, but secluded enough that you felt like you were at a private resort. The private beach access was perfect - short walk from the condo, quiet and not crowded. We practically had the pool to ourselves most days. The condo itself was beautiful! Lots of space to hang out inside or on the patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. They did provide beach/pool towels. We can’t wait to come back!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at sanctuary by the sea! The condo was beautifully furnished and clean! There was so much space to spread out and relax! Our kids had a blast in the theater room! We could not have asked for more peaceful and well maintained grounds! The pool areas were clean and wonderful and the beach was a short walk away! We loved how private it felt! Especially on the beach ! No fighting for a spot on the sand ! Overall, we would gladly stay here again!”
