“While the view is breathtaking, this condo offers little else. For the cost, it would be nice to have some extras (ie: board games; books; basic kitchen essentials like aluminum foil, Tupperware, trash bags, zip lock bags; beach games/toys; etc). During our stay, all 3 of the elevators were down. Huffing it up 16 flights of stairs is not doable for all. I don’t know what we would have done had the elevator malfunctions occurred during check in or checkout. Condo was clean and beds were comfy. Just note, you are paying solely for the view.”

“The location was great and the beach was easy to access. It sits right next to what I believe is a public beach so if you get chairs you could be blocked by the public access the beach. The parking is so small and not suitable for a large vehicle like a Ford Transit, we had difficulty finding a good spot to be able to maneuver out, and we had a handicap guest even with that spot it was the smallest of them all. Unfortunately the parking was just not easy and the parking lot was small in general. The rooms were clean and kept up with.”

“This was my 1st Airbnb and The house was beautiful, location was perfect and I would come back if they figure out a better cleaning option. There was a bandage on the carpet in the doorway in the room with the bump beds , there was a booger on the wall of one of the rooms , stains on the white covers up on the couch, hair in between the sheets and the face and body towels had brown like stains . Other than the cleanliness, it honestly was a beautiful and peaceful home .”

“The location and views are great. My only complaints would be easy fixes. For the price I paid for five nights I would think they would had replaced the broken hair dryer, broken baby gate, which I bought one and left, and the washing machine with a big rusty hole. Also I just assumed a master suit would have its own private bathroom. The bathroom is right around the corner, but it was the worst one out of the three. The floors had not been cleaned and the kids feet were gross within an hour. Besides those things, it was a nice house and they had everything we needed. Would stay again if there were some updates.”

“place was overall great. only reason I didn't give it a 5 stars was due to complications when we arrived earlier than check in to go to the beach ( as we were told by representative we were allowed to do ). traveling with young kids and we got pestered by a neighbor who was apparently in the HOA. we weren't doing anything wrong and the space was sectioned off for our use but they wanted us to come back at 4pm ( we arrived at 1pm for the beach, we did not want to enter home) so if you have plans to rent and go to beach earlier I would advise you don't. the neighbors are always watching and will come tell your children not to make sand castles due to the sea turtles and etc etc. I personally don't like being micro managed nor am I confrontational. it just felt like I was always being watched and the representatives from the Airbnb felt dismissive.”

“Our stay had several issues that impacted our experience. The pool was dirty and did not appear to be properly maintained during our visit. The walls throughout the property had visible stains, which made the house feel less clean than expected. One of the upstairs bathrooms had a leak that was inconvenient and should be repaired. Additionally, the kitchen was missing several basic utensils, which made cooking difficult. The property has potential, but it would benefit from better maintenance and attention to these details for future guests.”

“Let me start by saying the unit itself is very nice. However, you have to set up a whole portal and pay an amenity fee per person which was annoying. You also can’t bring your own beach chairs or umbrella, you have to pay $60 a day for theirs. There was also loud construction below us that woke us up. The pool was dirty and the elevator was disgusting. We ended up extending our stay one night and we were locked out because they gave us the wrong code for the last day. Communication was not great, and though I loved the unit, I would not stay with this company again.”

“The only problem we had was a group of kids were below us and we did not get sleep several nights in a row when I sent message nothing was done. They were fighting cussing and so loud.”

“overall, our stay was fine. The Airbnb was updated. however the rugs definitely need cleaned.. incredible that it's a beach vacation and they don't provide beach towels. It's really evident when you stay at a property management run property versus someone's actual home. The flexibility, understanding, and communication are just vastly different. you lose that human to human connection that you would think Airbnb is known for.. you have to buy all your own Beach toys for kids, an entire box of trash bags, laundry pods, dishwasher, tablets ect. The balcony area / furniture was really underwhelming, especially for the view. the pool was heated, however we had some cleanliness issues... no one at the facility was eager to help you.. I even offered to clean the pool myself if they could show me where the equipment was. We will not be staying here again.”

“I will start off by saying we enjoyed our stay, the View was Absolutely Beautiful and the condo was very roomy but the condo definitely needs Repairs throughout, some Updating and the cleaning of the carpet! The realty company did not provide but 2 trash bags and just a couple rolls of toilet paper for a weeks stay, I have found that renting from an owner is ALOT better than renting from a realty company!”
