“The location is fantastic and the use of the golf cart was great! Our only complaint was that it was not as clean as we would have hoped when we arrived. The floors had not been mopped, there were items left from previous guests, hair still left in the showers from previous guests and sand in one of the beds.”

“This is a lovely house! We were two moms chaperoning seven teenage girls, and the home was spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The small pool was a huge hit and got plenty of use throughout our stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, as well as nearby coffee shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property!”

“This property was great for our party of 6 adults. All of the couples had their own rooms with king beds. The included golf cart made travel back and forth back to the beach super easy. The pool was a great option for the rough wind days we experienced on the beach. Overall a great experience and we would recommend this property to people looking in the Santa Rosa Beach area.”

“This is the second time we stayed at this property for our annual family beach vacation and throughly enjoyed it yet again! It can accommodate large groups, each room has its own bathroom, house is located right across from the community pool, walkable or short golf cart ride to coffee, donuts, shaved ice / ice cream, gas station, local restaurants, easy access to the beach, etc. Highly recommend!”
