“We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay. It was a great time of year to visit and spend time with family. We were seconds from the beach with the easy public access across the street, and minutes from food, supplies, and entertainment.”

“We stayed for a week at this rental and overall had a good time. First I’ll say all the things we loved. Location!! Location is great. You’re right next to the beach. Close to restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee and Publix. You are in the middle of seaside and Rosemary. We loved the golf cart. We got to explore so much more with it. Plus my husband had a broken foot so it was great for getting around. We also loved the pool right across the house. Now for the not so great things. These aren’t deal breakers per se, just minor improvements they could make for guests comfort. For example there are no basic spices. At least salt and pepper and some oil would be great. Another thing is the exterior of the house needs some TLC. In my opinion the porch brings down the look of the house. Maybe I’m just being nit-picky but the floors were really dirty. After an hour of walking around in clean socks, my soles were black. Overall enjoyed our stay, but probably wouldn’t come back.”

“We will be booking again- we can’t wait to come back! The house is just as pictured and described. The views- even better. We loved being right on the beach with private beach access right out the door. Very responsive with our questions. Wished there were more necessities provided (trash bags, dish soap, ect.) but understand that’s part of the gig! Great property!”
