“It’s a Good place in Santa Rosa beach”

“This is a beautiful and tranquil home. I invited 12 of my family and friends from five different states to join me for my 50th birthday celebration. However, upon arrival there were many cleaning issues that we met with: ants on kitchen counter, left behind trash, stained sheets, hair/visible dirt in shower, overhead lighting out in bedroom, visible dust on vents, repeated issues with the only toilet on the first floor, sticky floor in the master bathroom, dirty pool, broken outdoor chair. While the property manager was responsive and addressed most of the issues in prompt order, some issues took several attempts to remediate. The only toilet on the first floor toilet didn’t work for most of the stay. It was a huge inconvenience. Better cleaning protocols, quality checks, and routine maintenance is needed in between bookings. That’s the biggest complaint. A guest left behind items after check-out and they were recovered and being shipped back which is appreciated.”

“Very centered location close to pretty much everything in the area. Very quiet and peaceful, great for relaxing vacations! The place was clean and comfortable, I would 100% stay again! Would recommend for a great vacation.”

“The house was very dusty and found spider webs everywhere. The beds had sand and some of the bedsheets and pillow cases had yellow stains and hair on them, we had to wash all bedsheets upon arrival. The refrigerators were not cooling, and some of our food spoiled. It took us 2 days to bring them to the right temperature. Golf cart and bikes were at the property but not available to use. The tags for the cart were expired and the bikes were all flat. Found some cockroaches inside the house. Overall the house was very dirty, even the entrance did not give a welcoming feel of how dirty it was.”
