“We enjoyed time with our extended family, but the house did not meet expectations based on the listing. There were several maintenance issues during our stay. The primary bathroom door appeared locked but was actually broken. The Wi‑Fi never worked properly, and although the hosts arranged for a hotspot, it had very limited range and could only support one device at a time. The TVs were also problematic. Only the living room TV worked consistently. Several bedroom TVs did not work or had missing remote batteries, and the bunk room had no TV. We also saw cockroaches near the pool area. In addition, landscaping crews worked around the pool during our stay, which disrupted our use of the outdoor space. The hosts were responsive when contacted, and we were able to enjoy time with family. However, due to the number of issues we experienced, we would not stay at this property again.”

“The house was amazing and so was the location, but our air conditioning was out on the third floor for 3/4 days that we stayed, we didn’t have wifi the entire time in a low service area, and our hot water went out on our third day so it was miserable taking a shower. They offered a possibly reimbursement before the trip because they knew about the wifi, but they won’t even finish reviewing and help give me a reimbursement for the other things. I’m unsatisfied with how those three amenities were and how it’s being handled.”

“This was such a fantastic stay! The house is so comfortable and decorated so well! We really enjoyed the golf cart and the pool wasn’t too far at all! The beach was about a five minute golf cart ride down the street. It’s such a beautiful beach :) shopping and restaurants were right down the road as well. The house had everything we needed and had so many televisions! The neighborhood was great and it was overall just a wonderful experience!”
