“the location of this place is GREAT! going through this PM company, not the best. cockroaches, dirty walls, dirty beds. it’s hard to get ahold of them. but if you won’t be spending much time there, it’s a good place”

“Make sure to check Airbnb messages in advance of check-in date. Check-in process is difficult when booking via Airbnb and you have to fill out separate rental agreement, etc, etc. Also, make sure to call day of check-in to confirm they have your email address so they will send you WiFi password, beach access etc. we did not receive ours until the next day. But very clean, as advertised. Easy beach access”

“Great location. Parking was a little tricky with two SUVs. Only provided us with one trash bag for 6 people for a 3 night stay. We had to improvise with shopping bags. Only a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!”

“Our group of sixteen enjoyed our stay! Just a short walk to the beach. House was very clean! Had an issue with the downstairs tv that was addressed by Blue Swell almost immediately. I personally loved the location. Destin or Panama City are about 30 minutes either way.”
