Beachside Vacation Rentals in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida

“Good price for the location. We didn’t have WiFi half the trip, and for us that was an issue since some of us were needing to work. Our trash bins weren’t picked up the whole week, so trash accumulated. The highest safety concern was the broken latch on the door leading to the balcony. The door would fly open with heavy winds (which we had during our stay) even when it was locked. We had to move a piece of furniture in front of the door to keep it shut. We were able to find a solution, but it wasn’t ideal. I will say, though, the hosts were very apologetic and easy to communicate with.”

“This house was very roomy for our family. The hosts were extremely helpful. If I had an issue they responded and fixed the issue within minutes. The only complaints that I have is the house could use some touching up and the patio furniture on the second floor could also use some improvements as well, but the location was great and the view of the beach from inside the house was breathtaking.”

“This home is located in a prime spot. The public beach access is only steps away. There are great views from all of the balconies and the living/dining area. Destin and PCB are a short drive away. The house itself was a great size for our large multi family group. My primary criticism would be that the house is showing its age and could use some more in depth maintenance. There were a few issues within the house but none that prevented us from enjoying our stay.”

“Beautiful views, comfortable beds, plenty of space for kids and adults. Pool is small but was perfect for our toddlers. We walked to the beach and could walk back home for lunch and naps, no loading and unloading cars or golf carts and trying to find parking at the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect location!”
