“This was a disappointment from the time we arrived at the door to the time we left. The photos and reality were completely opposite of one another. It doesn’t appear to have been updated in years. The smell was bad and the condition of the unit was horrible. We bought products and cleaned the bathrooms ourselves just so we felt okay to use them. The sinks,toilets and showers were old, damaged and the top finish on the toilet seats was damaged and missing from age & wear. Master shower unit has framing from previous glass door but has a shower curtain that falls to floor. We didn’t feel comfortable preparing any meals as we had planned due to the overall condition of everything. The fridge wouldn’t cool until we cleaned from behind to allow the fans to turn. Holes in the ceiling,outlet covers missing behind bed, parts of recessed lighting missing with regular bulbs in them, balcony handrails possibly met minimum code but didn’t trust for kid safety. Impossible to list all in 1000 words.”

“Incredible views, easy access to beach. No big crowds to contend with. We loved the balconies. Very roomy space. We enjoyed swimming by day and finding ghost crabs at night. Great ice cream shop and bakery near by. Easy to travel to nearby places like Destin and Panama City. The space was very comfortable we really loved this condo. Definitely recommend for families with kiddos looking for a peaceful getaway.”
