Beach Reunion

“Beautiful ocean view. Kids loved the bunk beds.”

“Condo is very big but needs updating. Carpet needs to be stretched and tacked down where it meets the kitchen. Chair in family room had semi cover over it to cover up the worn out leather. Come on people. This is an easy fix. Condo was great other than this. Location is probably a good mile or so before you get on beach so make sure you bring a rolling cart or rent a golf cart. Lots of room in condo for a large party.”

“Beautiful home in a great location. Unfortunately, one of the dishwashers was not functioning properly, and several listed amenities were missing upon arrival, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner… After we contacted the host, a cleaner promptly delivered the missing items, which was appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but better attention to maintenance and amenity preparation would improve the guest experience.”

“Had some trouble with the wristbands and parking passes and I wasn’t getting an answer for the first day or 2 but ended up getting it all figured out and had no problems other than that.”

“The condo was clean, spacious and as described. The location for me was everything - literally walk across the street to the beach and parking was very accommodating. I recommend making sure you bring your own toilet paper - we had none upon arrival, they only gave one garbage bag and some of the kitchen utensils were dirty (still had food on them). My biggest issue was the pungent strong never ending smell of weed/marijuana. Even though we had a very nice balcony unfortunately we could never enjoy it because whether it was in the morning afternoon or at night the people below us were smoking their weed and it was super strong and annoying. Even in the hallways walking to the parking deck you can smell others smoking weed in their condos; unfortunately even though there are signs that specifically say NO SMOKING- people just don’t care and they don’t follow the rules. To me not being able to enjoy my enormous balcony was the biggest drawback”

“The area was spacious and accommodating for our large group. There were just a few little things (like no coffee filters and not toilet paper in one bathroom) but everything was, for the most part, very nice. We were able to watch the kids play in the pool while cooking in the kitchen which was wonderful!”

“Condo fits the bill for a no fuss beach trip - lots of sleeping space and nice sized patio. The condo itself is pretty bare bones though be prepared to bring everything you need (down to shampoo, salt & pepper and all purpose counter spray). It would have been nice to have some more essentials most other condos provide or have known about this in advance. You also have to pay per day for beach chairs - this comes with many other condos so just make sure to do your research.”
