“We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and everything was exactly as described. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The only minor issue was that a couple of the window blinds were not working. I reported it on the first day of our stay so there wouldn’t be any misunderstanding or charges later, but unfortunately I never received a response. It wasn’t a major inconvenience, but I think better communication would have made the experience even better. Overall, everything else was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.”

“The kitchen is fully equipped: two coffee makers, blender, toaster, all sizes of pots and pans, mixing and casserole dishes, and even kids’ cups and plates. Bring your own seasonings and condiments and you’re set. Heads-up: it was far better stocked with basics like trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels than we expected, so skip that grocery run on the way in. Location is the real win. Five minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops even closer, very walkable, and it felt genuinely safe all week. The pool sits right off the back patio, and the tennis and pickleball courts nearby were in great shape. Parking is right in front and easily held our one car. Communication with the host was prompt and clear. We would absolutely stay again, and it’s an easy recommendation for families.”

“Wonderful stay! Clean, comfy, nicely decorated, we felt right at home. The heated salt water pool was just right for this time of year as the water can still be on the cold side. Quiet neighborhood with quick and easy access to the beach. Loved the filtered water in the kitchen which saved us from buying water. Would love to return at some point!”
