“Location was great and the condo was perfect for what we needed. However, the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced and the noise from the upstairs neighbors was pretty bothersome.”

“Truly enjoyed our stay here! Top-floor, corner unit was quiet, peaceful and exactly as described! The unit was spacious for our family of 4, with every piece of cookware imaginable available for our week-long stay. The immensely high ceilings were a blessing, and we loved the screened-in porch ; used it daily! Location-wise, you just can't beat it; you're minutes away from the brand-new local beach access complete with bathrooms and a ramp (our stroller was thankful!). From the photos we were concerned that our only view would be the parking lot, but that was not the case - you have a beautiful view of the Floridian sky and foliage, as well as the lagoon brimming with turtles and the surrounding bungalows. The eastern exposure also affords some exquisite sunrises! In all, we will DEFINITELY be staying here again!”

“Was a beautiful space overall! Very spacious and quiet location! It was perfect for the weekend… a little tough getting into the gate on the property, there were a lot of messages prior to check in with the info, it could be a bit more condensed for the guest’s benefit.”

“Home was super clean. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. If you like sleeping on a picnic table you will be good! New mattresses should be a must for this rental property! Furnishing and everything else was nice and well appointed. Close proximity to beach and 30A areas.”
