“excellent house. loved the saltwater swimming pool and spa, very accessible house. it was clean and tidy. could have easily hosted many people with the kitchen set up. loved having a grill next to the pool with a full dining set up and tv on the pool deck. many nights swimming grilling and watching movies with the kids. I really appreciated the child safe doors and gates that prevented my young kids from accessing the pool and out door areas, without an adult. super cozy, and modern. would stay here again”

“Calypso Tides was a true gem! Great location, peaceful neighborhood, private, spacious, top amenities including pool and hot tub, bicycles for our use , beach and pool toys. The elevator is a great resource for large shopping days and, of course, made arrival and departure with bulky luggage a breeze! The Villa has so many peaceful escapes with the wonderful screened deck and expansive lower screened lounging/dining/bbq/bar/movie night area! Beds were extremely comfortable and we loved both the deep bath tub and double nozzle showers! Dishes, silverware and cooking facilities for numerous folk, in fact, facilities for every kind of food preparation you can dream up including a large bbq grill and bar by the pool. We visited during Covid times and were delighted to be able to remain private and avoid the masses. Weekends, the beaches and more intimate areas of Sanibel and Captiva became crowded, and traffic backed up, but we flew by on our bikes (there are a mass of biking trails) and ordered in from multiple great restaurants!
