“This was an amazing home base for a St. George Island vacation! Everything was very neat and clean, beds are comfortable, and it’s a very short walk to all of the shops and restaurants on the island. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Overall our stay was nice. The house is currently for sale, which explains why many needed updates have not been done. The bedrooms were nice and all had wonderful Gulf views. Furniture was comfortable but not all in great shape. I specifically asked about kitchen essentials before arriving and I assume my question was not specific enough. We were provided with cute little starter kit with soap, etc… but there wasn’t even a salt and pepper shaker in the kitchen. Never been anywhere that didn’t have some basic thing in the kitchen. We were there in November and it got pretty chilly at night. There were no blankets although we were told all linens were provided. Overall it met our needs and we enjoyed our stay on the island.”

“We stayed here over Thanksgiving with our family and had a great time. The location is the true standout - just steps from a quiet, beautiful, almost private-feeling beach. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The house was clean and matched the photos. That said, the home is definitely a rental and could use some updates. The deck is warped, the refrigerator is old/rusty, and the interior could use fresh paint and general TLC. However, once the house is filled with family, those things feel less noticeable because the location makes up for it. The only real disappointment was check-in. Even though I submitted gate access names in advance, none were listed, and the front door keypad was broken, delaying entry by over an hour - not ideal with an already late, 4 p.m. check-in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the amazing beach access, but improving check-in and addressing a few maintenance items would make this property even better. Would recommend to stay here!”
