“This was a great house! Very clean, and came stocked with much more than most Air BnB’s. Everything from pool toys to beach carts and tents. It was in a quiet well maintained neighborhood and short driving distance from Siesta Key. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We spent 4 nights at the house. Yvette was lovely and did her best to solve an important issue for us. The listing stated there was a gas grill and even described how to refill it. We specifically booked a place with a grill so that I could get a break from cooking and picked up food to grill so it was a disappointment when we arrived and found there was no grill. It left us with food we couldn't cook and ordering out our first night. Small problems never-the-less, and Yvette delivered a George Forman the next afternoon so we were at least able to use some of the food we bought, but it certainly wasn't the same as a gas grill and did alter our overall plans. Otherwise the house was great: clean and modern. If there is an amenity listed that you're counting on, just make sure you send a message confirming. Grill has been removed from listing, but for example, I didn't see any pack n play so if you need it make sure you ask ahead of time and I'm sure Yvette will take care. She was great!”

“Vacasa Florida was outstanding to work with. The property was very clean, and the few things that were not working or missing were resolved quickly by Yvette and/or Chris - thanks so much!!! The house is handy to the beaches, waterside tiki bars and grills, Publix, Walmart, Walgreens, etc. There are many parks with trails, kayaking opportunities, boating and more. There is a canal behind the house which attracts lots of different birds, and even an alligator! However, the property looks outdated, and the furnishings (although adequate) are mismatched and a bit cheap. Needs a decorator! Our second issue is for renters like us with mobility issues - not a problem for most renters. The driveway is a steep slope, very hard to balance getting into or out of a car. Access to the garage would solve this. Also, handholds in the showers are missing. All in all, we enjoyed our five weeks in the rental, and would recommend Vacasa Florida highly.”

“Let me just say, if your looking for a quiet relaxing get away this is your spot! Everything you could possibly need from beach chairs, to extra tupperware, to your own little paradise right in your backyard! The bed was exceptionally comfortable! The whole house smelt clean and looked spotless! The neighborhood was so calm, we walked a few miles everyday everyone was pleasant. Overall I would recommend this to any family (or couple) spectacular time! Well be back🏝️”
