“House wasn’t cleaned on our arrival, management said the owner had been at the house and didn’t tell them. Bed was slept in, dirty bathrooms with wet towels left on the floor, dirty kitchen, food left in the refrigerator. A cleaning team came in after we had been there 3 hours and changed the bed and cleaned the bathroom. I had brought food in, so cleaned the kitchen.myself, Then I had the laundry to do from the owners stay, thanks for that! Paid extra for the pool to be heated but was never put on after being told it would, waited 3 days then cancelled it and was refunded. Dishwasher leaked, oven and ovenware was filthy. Stains on bedding, towels and carpets. Plastic crockery, we are not camping or 3 years old, went out and bought a couple of China plates to eat from. The house was okay, the outside was beautiful but wasn’t able to enjoy the pool due to not having pool heat and that was why we chose it. Very disappointing and wouldn’t stay again.”

“The home was beautiful and very clean. We couldn’t get the washer to work and I when I called I never got an answer. I text them twice the first time they said they would send someone to look at it. After a couple days I text again and never got a reply.”

“The property itself was very nice, immaculate. Did not get to use the pool as it rained the whole time we were there, however, it was beautiful with a great outdoor are to enjoy when the weather is nice. Based on other reviews, I wanted to comment that there were plenty of blankets! The only downsides were as follows: 1. Needed to contact Gulf Coast a couple of times about poor hot water status. They were very responsive and offered to have someone come out, however, we could not be there the time the tech was available. I would have expected a rep from Gulf Coast offer to be there so the tech could get in with supervision. 2. I had to contact Gulf Coast for check-out instructions that should have been available at check-in for adequate departure preparation.”
